Production Cost

Printing

Filament Cost:

Per Project

Why material choice matters:

  • Real-World Durability: We don't just print in "hobby plastic." Our machine's heated enclosure allows us to use ASA, PLA (all versions), PETG, ABS, Nylon, Polycarbon, and Polycarbon enforced by Carbon Fiber, to name a few.
  • PLA+: Best for high-impact tools and high-strength indoor builds.
  • PETG Ideal for chemical resistance and flexible durability.
  • ASA: The "Gold Standard" for automotive and marine use. It won't melt in your truck or degrade in the sun.

P2S Printing

$15/HR

We utilize the Bambu Labs P2S platform—an industrial-grade, fully enclosed system designed for speed without sacrificing precision.

  • Multi-Material Mastery: Equipped with the AMS, we can print multi-color designs or use specialized "support filaments" for a flawless surface finish.
  • Engineering-Grade Enclosure: The temperature-controlled chamber allows us to print high-strength materials like ASA and PETG that would warp or fail on standard hobbyist printers.
  • Extreme Velocity: 20,000 $mm/s^2$ accel

Filament Swap

$15

For projects requiring multiple colors or specialized support structures.

  • We can swap filaments mid-print to create multi-color logos, high-visibility markings, or multi-textured grips.
  • We often swap to a dedicated "support material" for complex geometries. This ensures the underside of your part is smooth and requires zero sanding.

A flat "Multi-Material Fee" applies to these projects to cover the additional machine time and calibration required for a perfect finish.

Splicing

$25

All projects require splicing of the files. This ensures there are no errors in the file, orienting the objects on the build plate, and preparing the AMS (Automatic Material System).
